1. Services
Vehicle Branding UAE provides vehicle wrapping, fleet branding, printing, and signage services in Dubai and across the UAE. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
2. Quotes & Payments
All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. A deposit is required before any work begins. Final payment is due upon completion before delivery or handover of the vehicle.
3. Design Approval
Work begins only after written design approval from the client. We are not responsible for errors approved by the client, including spelling, colours, or layout.
4. Turnaround Time
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith. Vehicle Branding UAE is not liable for delays caused by material availability, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must ensure the vehicle is clean and available at the agreed time. Any delay caused by the client may result in rescheduling and additional charges.
6. Warranty
We warrant our installation workmanship for 30 days. This does not cover damage caused by improper vehicle washing, mechanical issues, accidents, or misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
Vehicle Branding UAE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property
All designs created by our team remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
